Preparatory Day - Dahab (Egypt)

If you don’t have much experience with being in the water and want to maximise the chances of success for your first freediving course, this preparatory day is perfect for you. Thanks to 2 water sessions and dry exercises, you’ll feel more comfortable and you’ll familiarise with breathing through a snorkel and holding your breath. The idea is to perfect swimming techniques essential to make the most of your following course and to start the next day with a self-confidence otherwise difficult to achieve without preparation.

Prerequisites: be 18 years old, be able to swim at least 100m non-stop
