  • Pool lesson to practice, correct and explore ways to train with the mono

  • Depth session to perfection and apply what we have learned in the first part of the course

Prerequisites : have completed the AIDA2 Freediver course/ AIDA2 Pool Freediver course or have completed the Crossover Evaluation if crossing over from another freediving agency
