A special workshop dedicated to sharing my atypical experience as a competitive freediver. To get where I am today I had to overcome many challenges including a tragic accident who left me a great deal of trauma. To find my inner balance and be able to perform I developed very personal strategies to keep my mind at peace and I want to share them with you to help you in freediving and in your life on land.
